Achieve Weight Goals will be permanently closing on May 20, 2025.

This was not an easy decision. Being part of your story has meant more to us than words can express. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

With full hearts, we want to extend our deepest thanks. From the very beginning, Achieve Weight Goals was built on the belief that small steps could lead to big changes. Together, we’ve helped hundreds of patients lose weight, regain confidence, and feel better in their own skin. That’s not something we take lightly — it has been our honor and privilege to walk alongside you. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider about accessing the name-brand versions of your medication, To ensure continuity of care, please transition to another healthcare provider as soon as possible.

GLP-1 Medication Update

We know the recent changes surrounding GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide have been frustrating and confusing. The FDA has officially removed these medications from the shortage list, meaning compounding pharmacies will soon no longer be permitted to fill prescriptions for compounded versions. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider about accessing the name-brand medications.

• Compounded Tirzepatide: No longer available as of March 18, 2025.

• Compounded Semaglutide: Will cease to be available after May 22, 2025.

• New Patients: We are no longer accepting new patients

Final Refills

• May 16, 2025, Will be the last day to request a refill for compounded Semaglutide prescriptions through Achieve Weight goals.

• Patients may be eligible to request a supply for 3–6 months. Please note that pricing and availability are subject to change at any time.
